Chantilly Place is an exclusive garden venue located in Roosevelt, Utah and is available for outdoor weddings or events. The grounds and services provided here are free as long as you have your event coordinated thru "A Piece of Cake Weddings & Events." Above are some shots of various weddings that have taken place here. The coordination services provided by A Piece of Cake Weddings & Events include the following:
- Tables and chairs (6 large round tables for reception, up to 60 chairs)
- 3 long banquet tables for serving food, miscellaneous
- 3 rectangular tables for gifts and pictures, etc
- Square cake table
- White iron table
- Small rectangular table for wedding video
- Linens for the provided tables
- Chair covers that coordinate with the table linens are available for an additional charge
- Dressing room for the bride
- Indoor use of beautiful Victorian staircase and fireplaces for photos of bride and groom
- Absolute use of the kitchen area (including refrigerator/freezer) for any food and refreshments you will be providing
- Absolute use of the main level of the home for family and guests including a restroom facility
- Set up of tables, chairs, and linens for reception (if having both wedding and reception at this location, and different set-ups are needed, additional fees may apply)
- Take down of reception/wedding will be included in the base price as long as family members stay to help. If you desire us to take care of this solely, then an additional $100 fee will apply
- You can select your own vendors or let us coordinate your entire event
There is a back up plan available in case of inclement weather. As long as you book an indoor venue such as the Roosevelt Strata Networks building or a local church, we will provide the set-up and use of the above listed items such as tables, chairs, linens, flower baskets, and additional miscellaneous decor. This is to ensure that your wedding day will be as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Please call for pricing.
